Where do you deliver?

“We deliver to Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, Bennington, Bellevue, La Vista, Ralston, Council Bluffs.
For an added fee we can typically deliver to Fort Calhoun, Fremont, Blair, Plattsmouth, Ashland, Yutan, Springield, Louisville, and Crescent, IA.”

How will I know if my meal is on the way?

You will receive a text message when your order is nearby, then a confirmation text will be sent to you once your meal has arrived. Drivers are equipped with GPS and routing guides, and have access to customer phone numbers, in case they need to make contact during delivery.

Do you do contact-less delivery?

Yes! Please add special instructions in the “Order Notes” at checkout to let our drivers know where to leave your order.

Do you deliver orders on the weekends?

We are closed on weekends, so therefore currently deliver Monday through Friday.

Can I request an early or late delivery time?

Yes! Please add your request in the “Order Notes” at checkout and we will accommodate as best as we can.

When do you deliver?

We only delivery on Sunday’s generally between 9am – 2pm.

Are you able to deliver if I live in a condo or apartment building?

Yes, absolutely! If you live in a building, please include special instructions in the “Order Notes” at checkout. To ensure our drivers can deliver your order, we suggest adding instructions for entrance into the building.

Is there a minimum I need to spend in order to get delivery?

Yes, our minimum is $30 for all orders.

Do you make special exceptions for deliveries outside of your delivery zone?

If the delivery address you enter is outside of our delivery area, we may be able to deliver for an extra fee, or we can arrange ahead of time to meet you.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is typically free of charge for orders $55+. Otherwise is $10 within our delivery area.

How do I handle gratuity for the drivers?

Thank you! All gratuity may be added at checkout, though drivers are also happy to receive gratuity at the door.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

You do not need to be home during your delivery time, however, your meals are not delivered with a cooling mechanism. We will leave your order on your doorstep (unless otherwise noted in the Order Notes) on the checkout screen. Drivers are equipped with GPS and routing guides, and have access to customer phone numbers, in case they need to make contact during delivery.
